Beautiful resort and wonderful staff. Our family had a great time here. We stayed in the villa suite with a private pool. The view was amazing and we would definitely come back in the future.

The place is just amazing. We stayed only one night but it's worth for several nights to enjoy all the amenities and the offerings. Staff was super helpful. The rooms was very spacious, clean, with an amazing ocean view. The value for money is terrific.

Breakfast was good! Couples massage was our favorite!! The staff and the entire spa experience was wonderful. The pickup/drop off van was pretty easy to get. We wished that our pool was cleaner and that the tub outside worked, but the view was amazing!

Absolutely amazing experience at Santhiya Resort—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the drivers were always incredibly quick, friendly, and ready to take us wherever we needed to go, and the food was honestly some of the best we had during our entire trip to Thailand!

Five star plus hotel. Some maintenance work being done during low season but does not detract from overall experience or amenities. Breakfast buffet excellent in variety and quality. Great swimming pools and activities. Only wish beach was larger or more private, now it is shared with several other hotels on the same beach, most of which are also very upscale fortunately.

Excellent resort for a good price! Restaurants were incredible, and it’s right off the beach. Infinity pool is a great place to watch the sunset, and the wooden shuttles made getting around a breeze. Spa was amazing as well. Will definitely be returning here

It's my second time staying there. Absolutely amazing. The breakfast was as awesome as I remembered it. I used their kayaks for 30 minutes free. Highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and even more stunning in person. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and made for the perfect relaxing getaway. The views were unforgettable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment and made memories we’ll never forget. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Thailand. One of the best resorts ive stayed in so far. I have been to almost all the beach countries and stayed in multiple resorts. But Saanthiya is not only huge, pretty but the service and the staff, everything is so outstanding. My son loved the place and calls it his best trip so far. They ticked all the boxes we had for this trip, from a nice play area for kids to pools and fish feeding and the fire show or the traditional dance, it was a complete experience. The breakfast was good, the buffet dinner and food menu was nice, and the view from all their restaurants was exceptional. And to top it, we had 1500 baht every day which covered our food bill to quite an extent.

We stayed at Santhiya for a week and stayed in a villa. Everything was perfect for us. The staff was more than accommodating. It’s a shame that some guests don’t dress appropriately for dinner (swimsuits).

An Unforgettable, Idyllic Escape! Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa is truly amazing from the moment you are picked up until your final departure. We stayed in a Sea Water Pool Room, which was absolutely idyllic—featuring a sparkling private pool, lush nature all around, and a full, breathtaking view of the ocean. The dining experience was equally impressive. Lunch at the main restaurant was exquisite, while the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of choices alongside impeccable service. As frequent travelers who visit many resorts, we can confidently say that Santhiya left a lasting impression on us. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
