"I spent a lovely week at the Heritage Suite Hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean. "Magazine-perfect boutique hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member greets you with a sincere bow and genuine warmth. The Asian tasting menu and authentic Khmer breakfasts (Kuy Teav, Num Banh Chok) were outstanding. They surprised us on our 27th anniversary with a handwritten, hand-illustrated card — pure magic. Huge thanks to Anna, our wonderful butler, and the entire team. Sad to leave. Highly recommend. The experience was spectacular and outstanding. If I had to choose a But…. This would be: The only recommendation I have is that the gym needs an upgrade. One day we were 6 people and it felt like a sardine tin."
