"Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The facilities were spotless, well-maintained and kept to a very high standard. A special mention to the Sky Bar staff, who were amazing, enthusiastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!"

Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is situated perfectly with restaurants, shops everything you need. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. But most importantly the staff is amazing and I want to mention the best staff I’ve encountered: Jess. Jess went beyond customer service, she texted me everyday to check on me and make sure I was ok and everything was good. I’ll always remember her kindness and attentive interactions to me. Thank you Jess!! You made my stay special"

The Oriental Jade Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."
