The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hotel is a 2 km drive to the Leh market or a 1.5 km walk; we used taxi arranged by the hotel for drop-off and pickup for a very reasonable fee. We took bike and car rentals via the hotel, and it was a great experience. I would recommend Hotel Trikaya to friends and family. We look forward to staying here again in the future"
