"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"C'est un hôtel familial avec un accueil et une bienveillance inouïs. C'est tellement rare de nos jours... Facile d'accès et vraiment proche de Lourdes, l'environnement est sympa. Le petit déjeuner est "maison", confitures, Yaourts, quatre-quart, bref notre hôtesse était aux petits soins. Et que dire de son époux, qui nous attendait le 1er soir (PMI la soirée finissait tard) pour nous guider et éclairer sur le parking de l'hôtel! Bref je recommande. "Very friendly, helpful staff. Very well located , close by the St. Joseph entrance to the Basilica . Clean , quiet room even though I was next to the elevator. I did not use the dinning facilities, so I cannot rate them. Only one problem and yes, it was a problem. The bed sheets. I had no problem with the mattress but the bed sheets were were like sleeping on sand paper. Truly awful and my skin was rubbed raw. Maybe it's some kind of very coarse muslin but the sheets were awful."
