"The location was perfect for what we wanted to do - i.e. see Mt. Etna and visit Taormina. The grounds are landscaped beautifully as the pictures show and the cabin is as small as the pictures suggest. As long as you can use the front deck, as we did, you don't feel too cramped. The 'buffet' breakfast must be something lost in translation. There was a jar of cookies and a basket of packaged pastries but that was it. "It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...
