Precioso y moderno adosado situado en la localidad Cántabra de Parbayón. A tan sólo 8 km del Parque Natural de Cabárceno y rodeado de naturaleza y rutas para hacer senderismo, es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una escapada en familia. Situado a 10 km del aeropuerto de Santander y a 15 min en coche de las preciosas playas de la Costa Cántabra. Este moderno apartamento dispone de una capacidad hasta 5 personas distribuído en una zona de estar con cocina abierta totalmente equipada anexa al salón comedor equipado con TV y conexion Wifi. En la planta baja encontramos también un aseo completo con ducha, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y salida a una agradable terracita. Las escaleras nos llevan al dormitorio situado en el ático donde encontraremos una cama de matrimonio, una cama nido individual y tv. A mayores en la zona exterior disponen de una zona de descanso donde disfrutar de agradables momentos. En este alojamiento las mascotas son bienvenidas.
