We stayed 10 days in the house, like at home.
The rooms are clean and offering a lot of space for a big family(until 10 persons).
You need a car to go at beach or nearest city, but it's not a big issue as you have a private and safe parc place for your car.
The garden surrounding the house is really nice and you can get fresh fruits like orange each day.
To summarize, a very good place to be for a weekend or more :-)

La ubicación y vistas del alojamiento son buenos, es una zona tranquila, necesitarás el coche para todo. La habitación de arriba estaba llena de telarañas. Con la inquilina la verdad que el trato no fue bueno, había gatitos en su jardín y la forma que los trato apartándolos con una patada y tirándolo al maletero la verdad que fue tremendamente desagradable de ver. Echamos una mano buscándoles un hogar y ni un gracias, como si fuese responsabilidad nuestra.

Notre séjour fut agréable.
Les plus: Le logement est bien placé pour pouvoir visiter les alentours facilement. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont confortables. Le jardin bien fleurie.
Les moins: le logement est le long d'une route fréquentée. Ce n'est pas une maison individuelle, un autre logement loué fait parti du bâtiment. Le salon de jardin ne permet pas de manger à plus de 6 dehors. Le salon ( qui n'est pas en photo dans l'annonce) est très sombre et peu accueillant. Le baby-foot de la photo d'exterieur n'était pas présent dans le logement.
Todo excelente! La casa era Justo como en las fotos y estaba muy bien ubicada, cerca a la playa en coche y de supermercados también.
Es ideal para unos días de descanso
El alojamiento está fenomenal, limpio, camas cómodas, todo muy limpio (vajilla, cubertería, en fin, todo).
Está localizado entre Oruña y Torrelavega, todo está cerca.

Hemos estado con niños de 2 a 12 y tanto la casa, como la ubicación perfectas. La barbacoa con la terraza fuera un lujo. Cerca de playas, y restaurantes cerca. Pueden alojarse de 8 a 10 muy cómodos. Para repetir. Maria Jesús fue todo facilidades.
Muy buena estancia y atención. La casa es tan y como sale en las fotos.

Prima ruim huis met gunstige ligging
We hebben een week met onze 2 jongens doorgebracht in het huis en we hadden ruime keus uit slaapplaatsen. Het meest fijne van het huis is het overdekte terras omdat het weer ook in de zomer niet altijd optimaal is. Verder is de ligging perfect voor uitstapjes naar de kust, de bergen (incl Picos de Europa) en steden ( Santander, Bilbao, etc. ).

Well situated with beautiful views.
The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We spent a very relaxing week here enjoying the beautiful views from the terrace and exploring the very interesting local towns and villages such as Santillana del Mar and Comillas. Maria was very kind waiting up very late on the night of our arrival as our plane was delayed.
