"My family recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. At first the hotel seemed nice, but things quickly went downhill. After being out all day, we returned to ants all over the table in our room and even found slugs on the walls. I was also bitten by something during my stay and have pictures to prove it. I reported the issues to staff and asked if there was anything they could do, including bug spray or another solution, but nothing was done to help. I requested a refund and was told the hotel couldn’t do anything and that I had to contact Expedia because it “wasn’t their decision.” After contacting Expedia, I found out they actually spoke with the hotel manager directly, and he declined the refund request himself. Another night we returned to heavy police and military presence outside in unmarked vehicles, which made my family and me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. They advertise set breakfast hours, but they clearly do not honor them. I came down 35 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and most of the food was already gone while employees sat around talking. No one wanted to restock anything or help guests. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and overall atmosphere were terrible. I would not recommend staying here."

"Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Full-size refrigerator and a microwave was a major +. No smart TV so stuck with basic cable and infomercials late at night. Had roaches in my room. No charger ports available in the room so if u dont have a wall charger u are S.O.L.! They updated the outside of the building with new paint job and completely remodeled the lobby but neglected the rest of the hotel. And they choose to be strict about not having guests and watching people as they go in and out their rooms. If it wasn't for the spacious rooms I wouldn't stay there. Rooms are not so soundproof either. Until the hotel is fully updated, not just the lobby, the price need to be lower and on top of that I didnt have an iron & ironing board in my room."

"We had a great stay at this home. The house was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing photos well. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the location worked well for what we needed. The pool and outdoor space were a nice bonus, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable trip."

"The air conditioner in the room was extremely filthy and very loud. I could barely see the buttons to adjust the settings or even turn the unit off properly, and eventually had to unplug it because of the noise. The deadbolt lock on the door was broken, which raised concerns about safety and security. The bathtub also needs attention, including repainting, along with several areas on the walls that appeared worn and poorly maintained. In addition, every time I make reservations, I specifically request a ground-floor room away from the highway. Unfortunately, it seems that request is never honored, and I consistently end up on the top floor facing the highway instead. This has become frustrating, especially since the preference is requested in advance each stay. Overall, the condition of the room and the repeated disregard of reservation preferences made this stay disappointing."
