It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with decorative fireplace - 3 bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 cm bed - Shower room with walk-in shower - WC - Laundry room Near the regional road connecting Ponte Leccia to Ile-Rousse (RT 30) - 40 m² terrace - Summer kitchen with sink, countertop, and electric griddle - Garden furniture - 6 deckchairs - Swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5 meters, 1.5 meters deep) open from May 30 to September 26 and secured by an alarm. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of tenants. - 3 parking spaces inside the property (electric gate with access beep at the property entrance and manual gate at the cottage entrance). - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in each bedroom. - Washing machine. - Microwave. - Filter and capsule coffee machine. - Freezer compartment. - Television. - Wi-Fi. - Hairdryer. - Towel dryer. - Beds made upon arrival. - Appetizer platters (with charcuterie and goat cheese) and tastings of traditional cheese dishes (reserved on site with the owner).
