Séjour de rêve

L'emplacement de la maison est idéale, a moins de 50m de la plage. La vue sur la mer est juste magique. La maison est très bien équipé, la litterie est confortable. Nous avons juste eu un soucie d'invasion de fourmis dans une des chambres. Autrement tout etait parfait! Notre séjour s'est très bien passé!

location à éviter, hors normes sur le plan sécurité

La maison se trouve juste au dessus d'une route départementale donc très bruyante. Le jardin est beau et l'on a une très belle vue sur la mer et les îles sanguinaires. La literie est très confortable mais les dimensions des lits ne sont pas comme indiquées mais de 160 de large et non 200. Chambre du haut, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte (bruit route), peintures volets écaillées rambarde rouillée, douche: glissière en partie cassée et noire de crasse, joints fenêtres sales. Chambres du bas face piscine, toilettes se bouchent régulièrement et l'eau du lavabo ne s'écoule pas correctement. Chambre en sous-sol, applique fils dénudés clim sur roulette avec évacuation bricolée, belle salle de bains mais fuite sous le lavabo Réparée 3 jours après notre arrivée ainsi que le descellement des toilettes. Cuisine bien fournie en vaisselle et casseroles, plaque de cuisson neuve mais dimensions inférieures à la précédente et plan de cuisine bricolé pour faire la jonction. Terrasse face à la salle de séjour dangereuse: parapet en mauvais état de 50cms de haut ( hauteur du genou) avec possibilité de basculer dans le vide. Hors normes sur le plan de la sécurité et devrait être interdite à la location sans ajouter une rambarde. La maison est en réfection, les travaux non terminés avec beaucoup de bricolage. Pour finir la plage indiquée à 20 mètres est à 200mètres avec obligation de prendre un petit sentier après avoir traversé la route départementale.

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans cette villa. La description est conforme, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse, tout y est pour se sentir bien et passer une magnifique semaine. Serviettes de bain et serviettes de plages fournies. C’est vrai que 3 salles de bains sur 4 sont vieillissantes, mais cela ne gâche absolument rien, les propriétaires ont déjà rénové une suite complète qui est top. Les chambres ont de grands lits, la wifi fonctionne parfaitement. La piscine est géniale à température idéale, la terrasse ensoleillée avec un coin relax avec vu sur la mer... il y a vraiment de la place pour 10 personnes à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur! Nous sommes ravis par notre séjour et restons séduits par cette magnifique villa avec piscine! Nous recommandons cette location qui se trouvent à quelques mètres une jolie plage, à proximité une boucherie au top et une boulangerie

Emplacement idéal

La vue est splendide. Nous avons de la place dans la maison ainsi qu'à l'extérieur. La maison est très bien équipée (verres, serviettes...). En vrai, elle est + belle que sur les photos. Il y a juste les salles de bain qui sont vieillissantes, (sauf une qui est toute neuve), mais le rapport qualité prix est plus que correct.
