contemporary villa of 275m² located in height on a scrub of land with panoramic views overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, overlooking the Sanguinaires Islands.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms and private balconies, a large bright living room. An infinity pool secured by a rolling shutter, wooden deck, barbecue, scrub land and abundant vegetation near the villa.

It has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, everything you need to cook). Guests can also enjoy a TV room with a central fireplace for low season or the few days of bad weather.

Linens, towels are provided. A washer and dryer are also available. The house cleaning and pool maintenance are included in the rental and are made weekly.

The villa is close to beaches (10 minute walk to the nearest). Restaurants, shops, water activities nearby. The airport is only 15 minutes from the house, the port of Ajaccio is 20 minutes. The agency in charge of the house is 5 minutes and can answer all your domestic order issues in case of problems.

So you can enjoy a pleasant setting for your holiday with family or friends.

Der schönste Ausblick der Insel

Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Bucht von Ajaccio. Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. 2 Schlafzimmer (OG) sowie das Wohnzimmer (EG) mit der offenen Küche liegen Richtung Westen, 2 kleinere Schlafzimmer sind rechts und links vom Eingangsbereich OG). Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Grill, Filterkaffeemaschine, Nepresso sowie ein großer Kühl/Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter sind vorhanden. Lediglich das Küchengeschirr und die Gläser wirken etwas zusammengesucht. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur (englisch) war sehr gut. 2 kleinere Probleme wurden sofort durch Nuno 👍behoben. Diverse Sandstrände mit sehr schönen Beachbars (la Pailotte, Casa Medea) in denen man auch am Abend essen kann sind schnell mit dem Auto (2-10 Minuten) erreichbar. Supermarkt, Schlachter, Fischladen und Bäcker in Isolella (5 Minuten). Zum Baden ist Plage d‘argent (10 Minuten) zum empfehlen.

Prise en charge par la conciergerie, arrivé au domicile en temps et en heure. Visite du domicile qui est exceptionnel, avec ses 4 chambre au style classique et 4 belles salle de bain avec douche a l’italienne. Petit bémol pour la principale qui mériterai d’avoir un changement de la colonne de douche car le robinet ne tiens plus très bien. Une joie à la vue du jacouzi mais celui-ci n’est pas en service, non noté comme étant présent sur l’annonce donc pas de problèmes mais cela aurait été un petit plus non négligeable après les belles journées de randonnées. La piscine à débordement est magnifique et sa vue irréprochable, petit bémol quand a l’entretiens de celle ci qui laisse à désiré car le fond était sale, la conciergerie à signalé ce problème aux personnes responsables de son entretiens mais en vains, et la température de l’eau était pas très chaude, à savoir 22°c, donc attention aux frileux… Il a fallu remettre 6h d’eau dans la piscine car l’évaporation empêchait le débordement de se faire, et la veille de notre départ la piscine a été nettoyée, vérifiée et le pisciniste a tenté de mettre en route le chauffage mais bon les vacances étaient terminées… Un avi général, cela reste une belle villa avec beaucoup de charme, mais celle ci se laisse vieillir sur plein de petits détails, comme des barrières abimés sur le côté gauche de la piscine, le système de filtration de celle ci qui fait du bruit car des fixation de tuyaux sont tellement rouillé qu’ils ont cédés, dommage…

Du très bien... et des points à revoir

La villa est parfaitement située (15min à pieds de la première plage) et la vue donnant sur la baie d'Ajaccio est tout bonnement splendide. L'énorme baie vitrée fait son effet à chaque fois que l'on pénètre dans la maison. Nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes, et l'agencement des chambres permet à chaque famille d'avoir son aile distincte. En points à revoir : - le mobilier extérieur aurait sérieusement besoin d'être changé (chaises craquées, chaises longues plus de dernière fraicheur) - la piscine était sale, verte et trouble à notre arrivée, il a fallu 3 jours pour qu'elle retrouve un aspect normal, après le passage du pisciniste - chassé-croisé oblige selon l'agence, le ménage n'était pas terminé à notre arrivée. L'équipe de ménage était nombreuse et de bonne volonté, mais il leur a fallu quasi 3h, vue la taille de la maison. Nous n'avons donc pu déballer nos valises que vers 19h à leur départ - il manquait cruellement de verre à pieds (seulement 4) - la robinetterie de la baignoire balnéo dans l'une des chambre était enlevée. Impossible de s'en servir -enfin, de travaux de terrassements en contre-bas de la maison, démarraient tous les matins à 06h30. Cela ne devrait plus se reproduire pour les futurs locataires, mais nous avons été réveillés tous les matins à cette heure là par les pelleteuses. Notre séjour a été excellent et en rien gâché par les points mentionnés ci-dessus, mais au prix de la location, nous pouvons attendre une prestation premium.

Grande maison très bien équipée à 30 minutes de l’aéroport et à proximité de plusieurs commerces. Une pièce de vie très spacieuse avec une baie vitrée offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie d’Ajaccio Nous avons été accueillis par un monsieur très agréable et dévoué qui est sur place. Mise à part le volet roulant fermé et en panne dans une des chambres notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Les photos et le descriptif sont totalement conformes. Petit plus : Le propriétaire a pris soin d’acheter un service à raclette pour compléter les équipements qui sont déjà nombreux suite à ma demande de renseignements (séjour en décembre).

on ne se lasse jamais de ce paysage

villa tout à fait conforme à l'image que l'on s'en faisait, pratiquement pas d'immobilier dans le paysage ; rien que du maquis jusqu'à la mer. Très calme.Tout confort, matériel de cuisine très complet. En revanche piscine un peu froide en cette mi septembre, 22 °C; on n'a pas pu en profiter pleinement; la mer était plus chaude... le "concierge", Mr Ribeiro Nuno qui habite le coin est très serviable mais comme tout fonctionnait bien on n'a pas dû le déranger. Le propriétaire, Mr Delsol, très réactif aux messages et attentionné pour l'accueil de ses hôtes. Cette villa orientée Nord Ouest ne doit pas craindre la canicule estivale

Wonderful big Villa with amazing view!

My family and I stayed in the Villa for ten days and everything was great. The house is very big and very clean. We even got a present basket with delicate food and products of Corsica from our landlord when we arrived. The kitchen is fully provided with everything you need to cook or to prepare food. There are also basics like salt, peper, olive oil,... available. The rooms are really nice, two of them with an amazing view over the bay of Ajaccio. The same view you have in the kitchen, living room, dinning room and of course from the terrace and the pool. The Villa is located in the middle of a small hill with houses around you. Its really quiet, no disturbing noises from streets or anything else. We really enjoyed our stay there and would like to come back sometime... Thank you!
