Fully air-conditioned, the villa boasts a furnished terrace for your relaxation. The sleeping areas are divided into two sections: the first includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a children's room with a trundle bed (two 80 cm beds), and an additional sleeping arrangement for a third child, along with a separate bathroom. The second area features a suite opening onto the terrace with its own private bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. The exteriors are nearing completion, as is the interior layout.
