Brought my two daughters down for a nice little spring break. This cabin was exactly what we needed. Hot tub was a hit. It's near everything you'd want to do in the area. The showers were a nice touch, kids loved them. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
This cabin is a step above with a king bed in each bedroom. The bathrooms weren't slacking either with double rain shower, handheld and pulsating heads on the main floor and tub/shower combo upstairs. The cleaning lady had accidentally locked the broom up but came by to get it out for us once we called about it. There were candy crumbs under the recliners which were visible once reclined. The bedroom doors didn't stay closed without being locked. All simple things that would never keep me from staying again. Great access to many attractions and and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was The Old Mill. It's a must try! We will be returning!

CABIN RENTAL
MOST OF ALL REVIEWS SAID IT WAS A DIRTY CABIN AND ADVISED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO KEEP EYE ON CLEANING CREW THAT CABIN WAS DIRTY. IT WAS FILTHY AND WE MOVED ALL FURNITURE AND TOOK PICTURES AT END SO THEY CAN FINALLY SEE THE TRUTH UNDER EVERYTHING. WE ASSUMED THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT AS THEY SHOULD. WELL, HERE IS ANOTHER ONE AND PERHAPS THEY GET THE POINT. CABIN SPACE IS PERFECT FOR SMALL FAMILY AND LOCATION IS GREAT. THE CHECK OUT BOOK IS FULL OF COMMENTS ON HOW DIRTY THE CABIN WAS FOR THEM. ONE BEDROOM, WE NEVER USED AS IT WAS STUFFY AND DUST PARTICLES EVERYWHERE. DID NOT WANT TO LOOK UNDER BED FOR SURE. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AS PEOPLE GET SICK OR HAVE ALLERGIES. THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR CLEANING SERVICES BUT CANNOT TAKE TIME TO CHECK ON CLEANING CREW TO ASSURE THEY ARE DOING WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR. A CLEAN CABIN. THIS COMPANY MUST OWN THE CABINS, BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM ALREADY IF I WAS THE OWNERSHIP AND CUSTOMERS KEEP HARPING ON THE SAME ISSUE OF CLEANLINESS. WISH VRBO CAN GIVE PEOPLE MONEY BACK FOR CLEANING. CLEANING CREW IS STEALING MONEY BY NOT DOING A THING.
Me and my wife booked this trip with 2 other couples and had a blast! Place was clean, close to the Pigeon Forge strip, and has all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be booking this place again in the coming future!
Very nice property. Loved the outdoor kitchen and back porch area. Inside house very nice. Everything updated except tub upstairs. Would definitely stay again.
The cabin is beautiful, it’s not huge but just the right size and we loved the king beds with in suite bathrooms! The outside deck sells the cabin! Fireplace, hot tub, outdoor kitchen was amazing! My only suggestion would be to the cleaning company, all under the beds had wrappers/ a lot of dust and unknown things, hair on all comforters and pillows! The upstairs bed was left partially made!
We would go back for sure!
Our overall experience with the cabin was pretty good, the only issue was the cleanliness of top bedroom candy wrappers and snack cake wrappers left in room under bed and in night stand, and some trash outside of cabin. The view was nice, the back patio was very nice with the hot tub and tv! The spiral staircase was cool. Nice updated cabinets and appliances. Lots of kitchenware to utilize. The two downstairs restrooms were beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

A week in the mountains
Family gathering at cabin in Pigeon Forge, beautiful cabin and view, minor issues with fans, they didn't work, major issues with construction next door and across from us, started at 6:30 am and went until dark, building materials blocking road way and trucks blocking driveway, noise was unbearable at times. We chose this place for peaceful time, and instead experienced the opposite. Staff was very friendly, yet unable to offer any resolve to issues. If we had been advised of the construction prior to confirming we would have chosen a cabin elsewhere. We requested they move us elsewhere in area yet that was not supported. Paid good money for this trip and left feeling frustrated. But got to see my family and that is the icing on the cake.
Perfect size cabin for groups. 3 king sized suites were exactly what we needed and all with private bathrooms. The cabin was clean and modern updated but kept the cabin vibe you want in the mountains. Check in was all online the cabin was ready before our scheduled check in time and very clean with everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again
Everything went smoothly with renting the property everyone was helpful and nice...

My pigeon forge cabin.
This was the worst cabin I have stayed in. The pictures in the add are not what it looks like now. No scenery and very outdated. Inside has not been cleaned in a long while. Would not recommend.
My family rented My Pigeon Forge Cabin 8/10 thru 8/13. I would have to say that it was by far the worst experience we have ever had for our annual, and sometimes more, vacation to the Smoky Mountains. I called the office as soon as we got to the cabin because the road right in front of the cabin was roped off and had several five gallon buckets across the road and new asphalt. We had to go around the block and parking was almost impossible because of this. When we finally got inside the cabin we were met with a stench of pet urine and feces. We have pets and I understand that we rented a pet friendly cabin as we have many times but this was ridiculous. The cabin was filthy, the mattresses are worn out and sagging. The showers had hair in them. Beer bottles, receipts, pens etc left under and beside beds. The inside garbage can smelled awful and was mildewed . The couch had crumbs on it and when we looked under the cushions there were crumbs all underneath. We tripped on the rugs several times as the ends were turned up. The windows were dirty. I have never seen an A/C filter so nasty. The bench out front is broken which would have been bad had I not noticed it before sitting down. I am enclosing several photos for your viewing. I called with complaints and was offered a refund but there was nowhere else for us to stay with pets. Our vacation was cut short because we couldn’t stand the thought of spending another night in the filth so we left the night before. Needless to say we will not be using Fireside Chalets in the future.
We had a great time. Wish we had more time there but it was last minute plans. The place was beautiful could have been a little more clean but other than that it was great. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.
Beds hard and worn and not very comfortable. Trash around premises upon arrival.
No trash bags for kitchen.. all and all not bad. Nice place with much better potential.
The cabin was cute. Location is great. My main issue is the cleanliness of the cabin. I mean you pay a cleaning fee so you would think it would be clean. There was trash under the beds, behind the bedside tables. Very dusty all over the place. The furniture is very old and torn up. The kitchen table was awful. Other than it being dirty and the furniture being extremely worn out we had a good time.
Positive: roomy cabin, sufficient linen supply, good porch furniture, kitchen well supplied, electronics all work, alarm system, not isolated location, Early check in availability
Negative: toilet seats wobbly, uncomfortable mattresses, limited parking due to pothole, no hair dryers,
