I like the hotel. Very clean and new. The hotel is beautiful. Only complaint is about the quietness. We started for two nights and we could not sleep well because the noise was terrible. There was a dog crying whole night and the doors were thrown so hard that was hard to sleep. I complained about the dog barking and cry to the front desk and she said they will do something but they never did it. We have to bear the noise for two nights.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room was amazing with the Mountain View on the 5th floor.

Great stay. Nicely maintained and very nice staff. Seems silly to charge for powdered eggs and same breakfast that is included free with other hotels. Other than that I would defiantly stay here again when coming to this area.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the heater worked good. We were on the first floor which was nice too. Housekeeping wasn’t good though. On the 3rd day the housekeeper only emptied the trash cans and replaced the towels, washcloths and hand towels. She left trash on the counter tops and didnt clean our beds. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to send someone back to our rooms the next day. They did fine the second time. Another complaint was the breakfast was way too expensive and wasn’t even a buffet. It was basic at best, the food was mediocre. $10 per person is ridiculous. The staff was nice and friendly, checkout was very simple and fast. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The only positive thing I can say about this location is that it was clean. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, reported it & nothing was done. Calling to the front desk gets no answer - I had to get dressed twice & walk down for the conversation needed. The room had no view-was supposed to have a view of the mountains & we were looking at a parking lot & another hotel. The breakfast-don’t even ask, but I wouldn’t have eaten there if it’d been free. The front desk staff when dealing with customers was uninterested & almost too busy with their cell phones to even make an effort. Became a “Choice” client but probably won’t be staying at another of their properties based on this one. On a scale of 1-5-it’s a 1 being a property only if there is nothing else available.

The commode seat was not attached to the toilet and was told they didn't have staff to fix it tonight. That they would be available in the morning. We were leaving in the morning and this was at 6pm. But at some point they came while at dinner and fixed it after i requested a discount on my stay. The sink leaked in the bathroom floor when using the sink and this is a new property. We found a blueberry next to the bed and a pair of socks under the desk left by previous renters. The worst part was the clerk that evening was not at all phased by our toilet seat or have compassion for almost falling in the bathroom. She was not approachable nor friendly at check in. Makes sense cause she was young. But I hope to give them another chance in the future because the property is nice and its a great location. Hopefully they will iron out the wrinkles before I return.
