Charming Studio 15, Pets Welcome, Near Dollywood, Near The Strip

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. 10 mins from Dollywood. Nestled in the woods, off the beaten path, yet just a few miles from all the main attractions, local restaurants, and events.

•You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42" flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10" memory foam mattress platform queen bed.
The living room has a sofa bed, with additional linens. Our unit is set up to comfortably sleep four adults.

•Our units are fully furnished efficiencies and are perfect for those who don't want long walks to your accommodations. We are a remodeled motel built in the late 60's and have completely remodeled and are proud to offer updated and modern accommodations.

• Your room comes equipped with all the kitchen necessities! You will be provided with start up supplies such as , one roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash bag per day, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
I also leave coffee & creamer! There is salt and pepper shakers, and cooking oil. You can find grilling utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, and more in the cabinet.

•Pets are welcome! 2 dogs per stay. A $75 pet fee for the first animal, and $30 for the second animal. Fee must be paid before checkin. Please list if and how many pets during booking.

•Guest Access:
Guest have a private studio, with private entrance. Shared outdoor space, laundry room, and coke machine. . No specific parking. Shared picnic, and grill area.

Other things to Note:

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Bathroom is elevated. Be prepared to step up into the bathroom. The shower has an overhead rain shower and is one step down.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You'll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be strong.

**No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the units. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $200 charge. You may smoke out on the porch.
