Pretty basic. We have stayed here before and it was much better. Room was spacious but shower had terrible water pressure (almost unusable) and the A/C unit was too loud to keep running. No a viable place to stay

The staff were all very nice. Great location. Room was very clean, as were all of the hotel grounds and amenities including the indoor pool area. Great attention to detail with towels on pool loungers, etc. and decorated nicely for Christmas! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Sure! Here’s a review based on your experience: We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Pigeon Forge! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the property itself was well-maintained. It’s in a perfect location- close to all the attractions but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
