Very quiet stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The maid service was great, the wifi was strong but it went down and wasn't able to connect to the internet which was not a problem. We have stayed here 4 times now and although rooms need updating, the location is excellent, quite and right next to the river. Breakfast is adequate and always hot and staff really helpful both in Breakfast room and reception. Pool is small but clean and overall great value for money and would always stay here when visiting pigeon forge.

We stayed kn the 2nd building. It was not disclosed to us that we had to walk quite a ways through parking lots to get to the registration building for breakfast every day. We did enjoy the full kitchen and the balcony. Itnwas awesome to feed the ducks. Way too far to walk to everything so get a trolly pass.
