Stretch out in 4000 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths!

Main level: 2 master king suites, one with full bathrooms and jetted tub, another with futon and full bathroom. Eat-in kitchen with custom made table/benches that easily seats 10, living room with 20ft. vaulted ceiling and fireplace.

Upper level: 2 roomy bedrooms with full bathrooms, one with bunk-bed (twin over full), and one with King size bed; a game room with pool/ping-pong table and arcade games and a queen airbed

Lower level: Private indoor heated pool, theater with seating for 8. One bedroom with full over full bunk bed and full sized trundle. Laundry room, half bath.

Hot tub on rear deck.

We've stayed in Sherwood Forest many times, and this the best family rental yet. Pool was great, everything in the game room worked, beds were comfy and cozy. From 15 months to 14 years old, all 4 children had a wonderful time!!

Family vacation

Had a very nice visit. Had a few problems with property such as air conditioning quitting, water leak in ceiling but Anna responded promptly and problems had no impact on our stay. I have to compliment Anna. Whenever I contacted her, she responded promptly and pleasantly, and the problems were corrected.

Kids loved it and wish we stayed longer!

This was our 2nd time coming back to Pigeon Forge and the cabin did not disappoint! Loved the private heated pool, all the games in the game area, theater room, and gorgeous views. The kids all had a blast and did not want to leave! Can't wait to come back.

Rodriguez Family Vacation

Everyone had a wonderful time! There were adults, teens, tweens and a toddler and there was something for everyone! Any questions I had the property manager answered right away! Beds were comfortably and they supplied lots of items for our stay. We vacation every year around this time and we have stayed in a few cabins and this cabin was the best! We will rebook at this cabin. Thanks again for everything.

Beautiful location, property is not well maintained

We were a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and we stayed at the cabin for 7 days. The location of the property is very convenient, however, this property is not clean or well maintained, or well stocked. The property management company was responsive to my complaints, however we had a repair person there every day of our stay, and they often did not let me know that repair people were coming. These are the things that were broken: the hot tub, the A/C unit upstairs, a whole bag of garbage was littered down the side of the cabin, the pool table is busted, several of the pool cues are broken, the upstairs couch, when it rained, water came in the back doors, and chairs on the back deck were broken. They said that the hot tub had been drained and cleaned prior to our arrival, but it had not. They also say that they use Bromide instead of chlorine in the hot tub but there were so many chemicals in the hot tub that it bleached my swim suit. Several of the shower liners have mold on them. It is such a shame because this could really be a beautiful property but it has been totally neglected. I rent from VRBO every year and I have never had an experience like this, nor have I ever left a review like this, but everyday of my vacation was spent frustrated from dealing with issues concerning this property. I would add more photos but I can only add 8
