The Neighborhood:
This cabin is ideally situated in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge—just steps from the Old Mill District and the Little Pigeon River. Enjoy local favorites like The Pottery House Café and The Old Mill Restaurant within walking distance. You’re also just minutes from countless attractions, entertainment venues, and retail shops on the Parkway. Whether relaxing riverside or heading out for adventure, this location delivers it all.
Getting Around:
While a vehicle is helpful for exploring beyond the city, this location allows you to walk to many major Pigeon Forge attractions. Roads are paved and flat, and the property is very easy to access. We still recommend 4x4 drive when exploring The Smokies, especially during winter or inclement weather.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin
• Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests
• 1 vehicle parking space available directly in front of the cabin
• 4x4 recommended for general Smoky Mountain travel
• Electric fireplace is for ambiance and operates year-round
• Bring your own coffee—Keurig and drip combo provided
• Charcoal grill on-site—please bring charcoal and lighter
• You may hear go-karts nearby across the river while on the deck
• Located on the river and in the heart of downtown—truly the best of both worlds
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Great location near Old Mill District. In walking distance to shops, cafe and restaurants. My 7 year old loved the arcade games and the wife enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at Dollywood. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location with easy access to popular restaurants and attractions. Quiet even though we were there at a very busy time. We would recommend to a small group of 4 or less. We would love to stay here again or even another rental on this street.
The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, close to everything and walkable to all the stores around the Old Mill. The bed was a bit firm for our taste but would not stop us from staying here again.
Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect! Nestled just minutes from top attractions like Dollywood, The Island, and a variety of fantastic dining options, the location couldn’t have been better. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring and sipping coffee on the peaceful deck in the mornings. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family trip, this cabin is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back!
We’ve been coming to Pigeon Forge for 16 years and this was one of our favorite cabins, mainly due to the location. We were able to walk right over to the Old Mill District and enjoy the shopping and dining. It was convenient to be able to stop by the cabin any minute to just drop in and change clothes or take a short break without having to drive 15-30 minutes to get to a cabin. You even have a view of the mountains on the front porch.will definitely stay here again.
Everything thing was great. It was nice to be so close to the old mill and the shops. It was my 60th birthday present from my wonderful wife.we had an amazing time.
Nice place great location just one thing may want to have some steps for the hot tub but overall a 10

This property was cozy, clean, and beautiful. We felt like it was our home, and we loved it. Our next time in Pigeon Forge, we'll be looking to stay there again. Thank you!
The property was great! We were a short walk from the Greenway which was nice. Everything was close by and we were able to relax. It was the perfect weekend get away. We also had a quick response time from the host which made us feel very welcome.
