The hotel is a family-friendly facility, and for families with young kids, it’s a great place to stay. The complimentary breakfast was good. My kids loved the hotel. The highlight was feeding the geese and pigeons their food each morning. The pools were very crowded, but it was also spring break so that was to be expected. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Pigeon Forge was very busy and the river next to the hotel was nice and relaxing.
