Did not like having to go down a flight of stairs, to the newer building in the south 40 acres, and up 3 flights of stairs for breakfast. There was the smell of Marijuana outside our room on 2nd floor of older building.

There was an overfilled dumpster behind the hotel (not sure whose it was) that was overflowing and stunk up the whole property. Also there is a lot of mold and unkept gutters that was on the outside of the building. However-the rooms were so clean and well kept. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The fire pit, pools, and such were all clean and nice. Despite the outside this will be our go to stay for pigeon forge!
