Welcome to Villa De Luxe by Beyond Expectations. This gorgeous, new cabin boasts 2 King Bedrooms with ensuites and a double queen room with an ensuite. Home also offers a loft with twin trundle beds & sofa bed in Gameroom, comfortably sleeping 10. Enjoy top notch amenities with all the entertainment you will need, as it offers an indoor luxury swim spa, game room, hot tub and fireplace. Conveniently located just minutes from The Island and Dollywood, this home is the perfect getaway!

This home is conveniently located in the Mountain Brook Subdivision and is only 0.9 miles to Weigel's Gas & fast food and 1.5 miles to the local Kroger grocery store.

This cabin is conveniently located at the top of Wears Valley Road, near Parkway. Perfect location for the Jeep Run or Rod Run. Take advantage of easy access to all the local activities from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend!

*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
