You can tell this is an older property. They try to keep it clean. If you are looking for fancy this isn't it. But our room was nice and clean. It smelt of cleaner when we arrived. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems at all.

We had such an enjoyable stay here. Staff was super friendly. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We asked for extra pillows and was given extra. In walking distance to strip of pigeon forge.

First room didn’t have balcony so we were moved to one with balcony. Bed was clean. Furniture was covered in dust that you could write your name in, bathtub had mold and soap scum present, water continuously dripped in tub, no toilet paper holders, stains on towels, no tissues in tissue holder, top of bed frame was covered in dust, asked for hair dryer night one and never received one, outside of hotel was covered in cigarette butts. The pictures on line did not match the rooms. There were water stains on ceiling and in shower where they had done repair was poorly fixed. The toilet seat was not even correct size for the toilet. We have traveled a lot and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Only one working elevator and in the elevator someone has wrote “dump” on the door. The air conditioner was set on 60 and was by no means cool and he told us that “the 4the floor had great ac”. Husband went down for coffee in the morning and said it was terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We left a day early just to avoid sleeping there again and would have left at check in but would not have received refund. It was awful. So disappointed

The staff was absolutly amazing the entire stay. We arrived early and we were allowed to enter our room before check in. The room was clean and very quiet. The hot tub was also amazing! We will go back.

The hotel conditions are not the same as shown in the booking application 🚨Indoor pool, horrible dirty, thermal pool with yellow water. As soon as I opened the door to enter the pools you could feel the horrible smell, difficult to distinguish how bad it smelled there. Pool outside, closed and no maintenance. The room was spacious, stains on the blankets but the room smelled good. The staff”a Men” was very friendly, he apologized and helped us change the hotel. Thanks for your help.

Vista suites is real good

The manager is a very nice man and is very helpful and the night manager Jasmine is very nice and a hard worker. I would definitely stay there again.

Not the cleanest place at all! Had a rat dropping on the fold out couch. And when we went to heat up our own food in the lobby microwave, it was so disgusting, with mold and old food dried to it. We ate our food cold!

There was mold on soap holder in tub,we had stink bugs , deck is size of refrigerator box or smaller, breakfast food tasted terrible, but staff was great, the girl that works at night, was kind, talked to us, made the hotel feel like home and gave us fresh linens

The young Girl who works nights was very informative and polite. The view was nice at night and they had balconies with chairs. Plus side is having a big TV in your room. Is always nice.
