"Excellent stay Friendly service But… anytime a greater number of customers stay with dogs, like during a dog show weekend, outdoor garbage cans need more frequent attention. The garbage cans by the exits were always overflowing with regular garbage. Fast food, cans, plastic bottles etc"

"We love this hotel, my children love the different pools appropriately sized to their ages and abilities. The rooms, hallways, lobbies, etc are always clean. The hotel is easy to get to with amenities nearby. This was our 5th visit :)"

"Sue left me a voicemail saying the interior light in my car was left on. That’s a great host!! The place was perfect; exactly what we wanted. Great spaces to hang out both inside and out. Plenty of space for the four of us. Such beautiful sunsets and views of the water in general. Chippewa Falls was only 20 minutes away and lots of fun to explore! We would love to come back."
