Secluded Lakefront Retreat: Fishing/Kayak/Paddleboard/Pets are Welcome
- Come relax and recharge at The Perch on the Pond, the best kept secret on the Cumberland Plateau!
The Perch is a completely remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private home which sleeps 6 people maximum. There is a sleeper sofa in the sitting room.
We are a Pet Friendly retreat on a 13 acre private fishing lake which is restocked year round with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill. We provide Kayaks and Paddleboards for guests.
We are located on Dayton Mountain between Dayton and Pikeville and within an hours drive of Chattanooga and Crossville. NOTE: We have one external camera at the driveway as you pull in facing the property.
