Even you enter the site, you think wowww, but entering the hotel and room you see that the hotel needs to have a lot of maintenance also the airco in our room was terrine,It Made a lot of noice

O hotel aparenta ter 2 hoteis, uma parte mais conservada e outra mais descuidada. Fiquei surpreso quando fui pedir no bar para abrir uma garrafa de vinho para beber no quarto e queria cobrar rolha. Absurdo!

Si bien el lugar y todo su entorno natural es muy agradable, el edificio, y el estado general está totalmente desmejorado. Colchón y almohadas desvencijado, viejos. Herrajes de ventana falseados. Sillas vencidas. Mobiliario de restaurante en mal estado. Lindo lugar que le falta mucha actualización y mantenimiento. No llega WiFi a habitación. Personal bien dispuesto, serviciales y atentos.

Me hospede solo, la primer noche fui a cenar al restaurante que allí se encuentra...un DESASTRE, pedí un plato de asado de cordero y estuve una hora y 40 minutos esperando q me lo trajeran, cuando se dignaron a decirme que ese plato no había, y que debía elegir otro...si quería cenar, opte x el plato más rápido en salir ya q el lugar se iba vaciando y yo quedaba solo en el lugar como un paria...menos mal q fui solo...y era UN PLATO...pero se ve q es normal, xq presencié muchas quejas al respecto de la atención y el funcionamiento de la cocina...nada para agregar...xq expuse mi queja y nadie al menos me dió una solución...espero no tener que volver a dicho lugar

El parque y las piscinas lo mejor.

El personal ha Sido muy amable. El edificio le faltan detalles de mantenimiento, aunque están en renovación. La pileta climatizada, muy buena. Hay que mejorar los detalles de pintura. El baño no estaba bien limpio, la mampara tenía manchas de jabón. El parque es precioso y las piscinas exteriores excelentes. Volvería a alojarme si lo necesito.

Estancia de 4 días - Ideal para descansar

Todo excelente, en especial la comida y los masajes. La cálida pileta y la habitación con microondas, heladera y balcón, todo muy bien. Muy buen trato de la gente del lobby y de todo el personal en general. La limpieza de las habitaciones requiere un serio ajuste y supervisión.

Entorno y piscina hermoso, aunque descuidado.

Hermoso parque, aunque cuando llegamos las plantas estaban descuidadas, las duchas de afuera al lado de las piscinas sucios los pisos, basura fuera de los basureros tiradas entre las plantas que no fue recogida durante toda nuestra estadía. El lugar necesita renovación y estar más cuidado, también las habitaciones.

Bueno en terminos generales. Una pileta externa sola habilitada, cerrado el area de juegos, me hicieron pagar un adicional x cuarto pasajero cuando la habitacion decia 4 pasajeros familiar, segun ellos un error de booking. El servicio de bar en piscina muy demorado. Muy buena predisposicion de los mozos pero muy volapsados

El estado de as instalaciones externas (parque, piscinas) muy bueno. El estado de la habitación no tan bueno (con luces que no encendían, almohadas demasiado usadas, sin amenities, etc) La cena vendida como evento del 14/2 DESASTREEEE!!!! Sin personal necesario y calidad de los platos absolutamente en discordancia con el precio que cobraron.
