In the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property 5'000 m2, meadow 2'000 m2, orchard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). Private: terrace (10 m2). In the house: laundry (for shared use, extra), heating to be paid on the spot. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. House maid on request (extra). Parking at the house. Shop 6 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Tennis 6 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house, ski lift, ski school 500 m. Electric heating (extra). Deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. At guests' disposal: toaster, blender, coffee machine with grinder.
