The downsides are that the walls are so paper thin that you can even hear your next door neighbor’s phone text alerts and coughing. Also we could not get the air conditioner to a comfortable temp despite trying to adjust multiple settings. Finally, there is a lot of road noise from highway 1. "

"This was an ideal place for a few days of down time on the coast. The neighborhood was so quiet we could hear mourning doves, and we could walk to Spangler's and Pillar Point. The house was clean, comfortably-furnished, and welcoming. We enjoyed the outside patio sitting area - a great place to sit and read and enjoy the shade on sunny afternoons."
