"The staff was amazing. The front desk lady was amazing. The bed was harder than a rock though and there was suspicious splatters on the painting next to the bed. But everything else was as clean as you can hope a hotel to be."

"When I booked the room, I wanted to call the hotel to make sure we had a ground floor room. It took over an hour trying to reach the motel. The phone number on their website said it was not connected, the other help lines were located in Nee York and Los Angeles. The same lady answered both times and was somewhat rude to me and told me that I did not have a reservation. Even Expedia tried to call. In the end, when we checked in, it was the same lady I guess from my previous phone calls. She was still a little rude to me but later was nicer. The parking at the place was ridiculous. She let us park though in front of the office in a no parking area instead of parking in the side street."

"They were accommodating to us checking in an hour early. The room was clean and neat, had blackout curtains and an AC. Being an old building the floors are squeaky, our travel eat plugs were very helpful! There was no place to refill water bottles other than tap water. When we tried to buy water from the vending matching it was empty. Over all we had a good experience."

"This was our first time staying in Pendleton at this hotel. We were in town for a music festival. The location of this hotel was substantially far from the action downtown. If you are flying the location is perfect as it sits next to the airport. Much to our disappointment the hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the music venue and Uber in this small town was almost not a thing. However; the manager Brenda was awesome and offered to run us back and forth so we could enjoy some beverages and not drive. She was awesome. We love Brenda! The view from our hotel window was awesome as it overlooks the valley. We would stay here again but will check on shuttle service first before we book."
