Nos gusto el establecimiento en general, muy limpio, muy buena predisposicion del personal de recepcion, dispuestos a solucionar todos los problemas que tuvimos, excelente el cuidado y la temperatura de la pileta. Muy bueno el desayuno, a pesar de ser un desayuno seco por la pandemia. Negativo: al no ser un hotel, sino departamentos rentados por los propietarios y gerenciados por una empresa, uno queda librado a la buena disposicion del propietario en cuanto al mantenimiento del mismo. En nuestro caso, al ingresar habia 3 focos de luz que no andaban, el boton del toilet descompuesto, ( salia mucha agua cada vez que se usaba),la bacha del lavabo perdia agua por un costado, la caja fuerte habia que abrirla con una llave especial porque no andaba el sistema digital y lo peor!, el zocalo del marmol de la bacha del lavabo estaba rajado de punta a punta, con un hueco de varios centimetros de lado a lado. Tuve oportunidad de ver otros apart en el mismo SEA POINT, que estaban en un estado excelente, pero el precio es el mismo!!. No se deberia permitir que los propietarios alquilen sus departamentos si el mantenimiento no esta acorde al precio y al prestigio del lugar.

Overall, estaba ok.

La estadía me pareció overall, bien. Está a 50 metros de la playa (no se ve el mar), el departamento era amplio (tenía algunas fallitas como leve olor a humedad en algunos placards, la presión de la ducha no andaba bien, el inodoro perdía un poco). La atención del establecimiento bien, el estacionamiento era ahí mismo, techado. Incluía el servicio de playa, pero en el parador de Cozumel (que en nuestro caso no nos afectó que fuese a 800 metros, pero me imagino que si vas con chicos puede ser un poco molesto). Lo que incluía era sillas y sombrilla, pero nos dieron upgrade a carpas, ya que tenían disponiblidad. La limpieza fue una vez en 5 noches.

Lo único que me dificulto mucho es la contratación del balneario. Si bien era hermoso quedaba lejos del edificio y con dos nenes chiquitos se hizo cuesta arriba. Quiero destacar la amabilidad, la paciencia y la buena onda que siempre le puso el personal del edificio, en especial a Joana y Susana. Sos personas increíbles.

NO HAY FORMA DE COMUNICARSE CON EL HOTEL

Habiamos tomado tres noches. El hotel y el personal de lo mejor. El primer dia nos invitan a dejarlo por el tema CORONA VIRUS, y nos informan que luego nos acreditarian los otros dos dias para mas adelante. Nunca mas nos hemos podido contactar. El telefono que figura es un Call Center, y no respode nadie. Los Wattsaap no los responden. Es una pena que un lugar tan bien puesto, tenga tan mala de Atencion al Cliente. De lo peor.

Una decepción, un valor muy alto para un servicio muy básico. desayuno continental fue lo que me ofrecieron cuando contrate y termino siendo un desayuno seco. nunca mas vuelvo a ese lugar.

El hotel es excelente al igual que la atencion y amabilidad. El servicio de desayuno es deficiente. El pan es de baja calidad, no incluye mermelada, queso untable ni manteca. Además el café es en saquitos, que es muy desagradable. El wifi tiene muy baja intensidad y es inestable
