"It was an average stay with cool temperature rooms and comfortable beds. But elevator was broken, no fan in the bathroom, broken lamps, mold/mildew in the fridge, sticky bathroom floors. House keeping came while we were gone to get our dirty towels but seemed to have left cleaning spray and a dirty rag in the bathroom."

"Didn’t even see breakfast. I wouldn’t eat here anyways. Place was disgustingly dirty. Blood on elevator wall. Our room wasn’t even cleaned. Walked in to kid Barrettes on floor. Trash in bathroom floor. Nothing was wiped down prior. Sheets had brown stains and towels. Police banging on door at 2am, missing kid. Cars burning rubber in parking lot. Kids being unattended inside and outside. Key card had to be reactived each time. Employees had no customer service skills whatsoever. We were here on training. Remote didn’t work. Lamp leaning to the side. Bathroom light flickering. Crap on the toilet. Curtains falling off. Fridge didn’t work. Spoiled our food. Gym out of order. I would never book with Expedia if you continue to do business with locations like this. "

"The stay was very nice, but multiple times the staff seemed to be complaining about being short staffed. Also our air conditioning unit never got below 78, we did report this to the front desk. "

"Long day of travel only to be woke at 2am by a fire alarm. Nothing the hotel could do about someone pulling the alarm but management did not offer a partial credit or even an apology. "

"The staff that I encountered were all very welcoming and professional. My junior king suite was spacious, clean and the bed was complete. "

"This is our second time staying at this property. We chose it again for the proximity to family, the quietness and the overall cleanliness. Communication with the owners was excellent. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.Looking forward to another stay next year!"

"Absolutely the worst place. Staff was rude when they finally showed up in what I guess you could call their lobby. The outside, inside and room looked nothing like the online pictures so do not believe any of them they are not pictures of this location. They had a jacked up car missing wheels in the back where we were to park. The room was so dated and everything was so old and beat up and moldy. They had two pillows the size of throw/couch pillows. Cigarette burns everywhere including the bed sheets. As soon as we saw the outside we were concerned. After waiting for staff and not being able to check in 30 minutes early we started looking around. This place is used for all the wrong reasons and even if you are desperate enough to have to stay here, I still wouldn’t. Sleeping in your car is a 100% a better option than this place. The place across the street saved us for the night. But townhouse is absolutely destroyed and not livable. "
