PARKING - In the summer, on street parking is plentiful and available - In the winter, Pine City tows cars on the street during snow emergencies between 2am-6am Nov 1 through March 31. Snow events will require cars to be moved - usually by 10am the day after the snow. Until June 30, 2026 park in the driveway in front of the house. - Onsite parking is available - Boat parking may be possible, if available, cost is $30/night. Inquire with guest contact for details. - After July 1, 2026 this house and the white house next door will swap driveways giving this house use of a single garage, a garage door opener, and 2-3 extra tandem off street parking spaces.

There may be traffic to this part of the house during the day by construction workers - Please note that seasonal recreational equipment, including docks, kayaks, and other summer gear, is typically installed in May and removed in October. Timing is weather dependent; availability cannot be guaranteed outside of these months - Your safety matters. This property features 3 external security cameras located on the exterior of the building facing the garbage, parking area, and lakefront. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces; they record video and audio when motion is detected
