"Unfortunately I won’t stay at this motel again, there was nothing wrong with the room as a matter of fact I was very happy with it. When we arrived the desk person said we had paid for a higher rated room than had been allocated so they swapped the room. I said we would be leaving early and asked if there was a key box. There was. Tired after a long day of work and travelling we were in bed early, I got hot and decided rather than put on the aircon I’d move to the single bed. The following evening I received a message from Expedia asking me to call the motel, I expected that I may have left an item in the room. The reception I received on calling was a very irate person asking where the room key was, I explained I’d put it in the key box. He kept arguing saying it wasn’t there… I said I definitely popped it in the key box, after sometime he found the key in the key box. You would expect a sorry all good but nope, he then had a go at me for using the extra bed!! Very angry that it cost $15 in cleaning fees. I asked what he would like me to do and offered to pay the extra amount. But no he just wanted to stay angry. Needless to say, I wouldn’t feel welcome at this motel again. So lovely room or not, I’ll be looking at a different motel."

"Looks like a pretty motor inn, but unfortunately the vines have gone and it's quite ordinary and stark now. The facilities were basic and old (towel rail coming out of the wall, toilet roll holder fell apart), the bed uncomfortable, the parking was good and the staff were very accomodating and great to deal with. "

"It was clean, but very dated. Needed new carpet, bathroom sink was cracked all over, toilet was obviously very old, no washcloths provided, bed lights were small fluorescent, bed was very springy, nightstands were from the 1980s, and there was a large can of bug spray in the wardrobe which caused a worry about bugs at night. "

"Fully equipped kitchen, lots of bedding provided which was great as the night was cooler than expected. Loved the little farm with kangaroo, emu, goat and sheep right outside our door. Our cabin was very private and we felt like we were the only people around. Fabulous experience, would stay here again. "
