Welcome to Dogwood Treehouse, a serene coastal retreat nestled on the ocean side and surrounded by towering trees, where the charm of an old-style beach cottage meets the quiet beauty of nature. This inviting property offers a peaceful escape, perfect for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and a timeless beachside atmosphere.
The main house features three cozy bedrooms and one and a half baths, thoughtfully designed with warm wood paneling that enhances its classic cottage character. Large windows throughout the home allow natural light to pour in, creating a bright, airy interior that feels connected to the surrounding forest. The home’s layout is ideal for gathering while still offering private, restful spaces to unwind.
A separate guest house adds flexibility and privacy, complete with bunk beds and a full bathroom, making it an ideal space for children, friends, or extended family. This additional retreat allows everyone to enjoy their own comfort while staying close together.
Step onto the porch with outdoor seating, where mornings begin with coffee and birdsong and evenings end with the calming sounds of the trees swaying in the coastal breeze. It’s the perfect place to slow down and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Beach access is just seven driveways away, making it an easy stroll to the shoreline for morning walks, afternoon swims, or sunset views, while still enjoying the quiet seclusion of the property.


BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Double Beds, and 1 Bunk Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Easy check-in. House has a good location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Steps everywhere. We are older but after 3 nights here we felt really old & our knees hurt. Probably fine for younger folks. Our grandsons liked it but the walking to the beach access (7 driveways further down the Circle) was ‘too far.’ Bedrooms were ok with space but fewer outlets than we needed to charge electronics & phones. Charming space but watch the gate on the second level deck if you have pets or toddlers to confine. No view of the ocean even from the top deck.
