"Very poor experience at this hotel. When we got to our room we tried to use the shower. This was an accessible room and the floor of the shower was just a continuation of the rest of the bathroom floor with no barrier. The drain was not working properly. When the shower was turned on the water began to pool on the floor. Within minutes the water had reached the toilet. If we had left the shower on for longer it would have flooded the whole bathroom and moved into the carpeted area. We called the front desk and they told us they would send someone… no one came. We were unable to shower that night. Next day we stopped at the front desk after breakfast (which by the way is nothing like the pictures of eggs Benedict and omelettes you see in the lobby and on the website). We asked for another room. They told us nothing was available. We wanted to check out early but They told us they would send someone to fix the drain. Someone came and looked at the drain. He said he needed a part to fix and would come back. We waited and waited and waited. No one came. By 5 pm we concluded he was probably not coming back. We were still unable to shower so we left the hotel early. We were not the only ones with issues at this hotel. 2 of the 3 times I was at the front desk someone was asking to be moved to another room or asking the for something to be fixed… the other time there wasn’t anyone but me at the front desk"

"Very clean, excellent staff, large rooms, beds comfy. Great value for the money. Warning - Bring earplugs because of highway noise. Rooms not facing highway are a bit better. They were accomodating by moving me the second night and earplugs enabled a much better sleep."

"Very clean & spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly. We'd stay here again. The continental breakfast was ok. There was 4 kinds of cereal, oatmeal packets, white, brown bread to make toast with peanut butter & a couple of jams to select from. A few flavors of yogurt, small chocolate drizzled croissants, muffins, 2-bite chocolate brownies, plain bagels & apples for fruit. Sunday they had apples & bananas for fruit. Not ideal if you're diabetic. Although fast food restaurants are within walking distance if you need protein. "
