"My first experience at Sonesta was good! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you need utensil wise. Great working space, however, there was no high speed internet as promised in the booking preview. I had to use my own data to support my needs as I was working while at the hotel. The bathroom was nice as well! Over all, the hotel and rooms are nice and spacious and offer lots of versatility. I didn’t get to use the gym but it’s nice to know it is available! The hotel offers great options for snacks in the lobby as well! Side note, I had a little friend on my wall at the end of my visit. It looked like a carpet bug which freaked me out lol"

"We recently stayed here for my son's Navy graduation. It was a great location not far from the base. Easy location for shopping and restaurants of all kinds. We loved Gurnee Mills Mall. The house had everything we needed to feel at home while our son rejuvenated after bootcamp. The property manager was very quick with all communication. We needed a last minute, late check-out, and they responded very fast."

"Perfect for large families. Plenty of bedrooms and large kitchen and dining room. This is a charming and very old home but it has been sufficiently updated with everything needed. The pod coffee maker stopped working but a quick message to the owner resolved that problem within the day. That was awesome! The only challenge we had was parking. There is a large driveway, but it seems that neighbors had dibs on almost the entire driveway. We just barely enough room for two cars. We only had two cars, so it worked for us. "
