Our options were limited but found a way to get one extra light over the arcade game as well as purchased brighter bulbs. We hope you made many wonderful memories while in the area!

I greatly appreciate the recommendations. We feel as though there is always room for improvement. The building at one time was a saloon so the previous owner converted a portion of it into the 4 bedroom rental you stayed in. This has posed a problem as this was not its intended purpose. We have found a way to get one extra light in that area as well as purchased brighter bulbs. This project was completed today. The pots and pans are kept on the smaller side so as to not create extra work for guest having to hand wash dishes that didn’t fit in the dish washer. The cookie sheet and baking dishes must have been removed, damaged, or thrown away by past guests and was not brought to my attention but this has been corrected as well. I looked at the video footage I had taken prior to your check in and we did provide a dish cloth. It had fall leaves on it, was located on the left side of the sink, with a white hand towel underneath it. We as provided a dish scrubber located in the owl on the sink. There were also two decorative hand towel for you to use as well hanging from the oven handle. The instructions for television operation was located on the house rules document provided inside the rental. I wish you would have contacted me on the direct line I had given you. I could have instructed you on how to get to the free channels available. I hope you enjoyed your stay and made many wonderful memories while in the area.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I would like to apologize for the confusion at the entrance. We try to be as detailed as possible when sending directions, check in time, as well as the door code the evening prior to your stay. Their are 3 different rental properties owners in this area: one at the entrance then our property is next which consists of 15 plus acres with only 2 rentals to the entire property. I apologize if my directions weren’t clear and will look into where I can improve. The walls are true logs which does not leave much room for insulation but rest assured the interior walls have been insulated to the best of our ability. We would be honored to have you and your guest back in the near future.

As you know Robert will not be fixing the copperhead situation lol but we already have a call in to a local tree service to clean up the underbrush for better visibility. My husband and I recently bought the property and the previous owner converted the building from a salon/ bar into a 4 bedroom rental. We are making improvements often but it stays rented so we haven't had the opportunity to fix the toilet situation. Once the holiday season is over that is first on our to do list.
