"The staff was extremely friendly and check-in went smooth. I loved that they have complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. "

"There was a hockey team, cheer or gymnastics team. Kids ran up and down until 1am. The pool was closed Saturday for some chemical filtering. I wanted high floor but was on 6th floor. I was on the side of a highway in which I could hear the cars. Underneath pullout couch was a sick, a cookie and other crumbs. The heating system made noise all night until I got up and turned off and then we were cold. The bartender did not know how to make a good Long Island. I had to pay $30 for 2 nights for parking. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. This was the most horrible experience I ever experienced at a Embassy hotel or any hotel. Staff should hold the customers accountable for their kids. Never again will I go to this hotel again. "

"Room smelled and we had a huge red stain on the floor. I had requested first floor but they gave me 3rd floor. The lady was kind to put me downstairs on the first floor which I appreciated. Breakfast was nothing special"

"Room was gross, someone literally wiped poop on the wall and it was left there. Crumbs all in the bed frames, weed coming through the vents. People screaming and running in the hallways until 4 am. A guy literally smoking a blunt right outside the front door and the staff says nothing. Yogurt machine? Empty. Pancake machine? Broken. Milk was spoiled. There was a sweet girl at the front desk that worked at night and one elderly gentleman that cleans that’s nice but other than that it was not a great stay. I came here for a hockey tournament and I’m the one that convinced our team to stay here because I always love staying at the Tru but this one was not good.
