"Pros: Gorgeous house. Great location near Indiana Beach. Good communication.Cons: light switches are linked to certain outlets so it’s hard to know which controls what. And the big problem is there is a 250 “cleaning fee” that is non refundable. It also wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We found out when we got the contract. So you have to pay a cleaning fee yet you are expected to leave the house in clean condition. So what is the fee for? We understand if someone leaves the house a mess the owner has to pay someone to clean it. But we actually left it cleaner than when we checked in (counters were super sticky). It seems like just a shady way to charge more for the rental than the already pricey 2,200 for three nights.But it was a great weekend in a gorgeous house in a great location."

"Such an awesome house for a big group, especially with kids! House layout is perfect for multiple families. Loved the outdoor amenities like screen rooms, hot tub, and fire pit. Renting a boat could not have been easier with the dock located on the property and the rental place just across the water. Would definitely stay again!"

"Loved the house. Super comfy, my kids and wife and myself all felt at home immediately. We got rained out Friday and Saturday morning but was still okay. Plenty of games there to keep us entertained. Would definitely rent again when we go back."

"-Nice house with plenty of room for 8 people -The house had everything we needed (towels, tp, paper towel, shampoo etc) - Host and neighbors are friendly-Not too far of a drive from Indiana beach & local stores-Directly on the lake-Parking is a little narrow, but wasn’t an issue-Only minor complaint was cleaning was just ok. Bathrooms were clean, but kitchen & other common areas didn’t look wiped down well kitchen cabinets were unorganized and slightly lacking. Despite that, it didn’t ruin the stay at all & we just cleaned up before utilizing the areas. Overall 9/10, would book again & would recommend. Definitely nicer than most motels that you can book near the amusement park."

"The ladies that clean this place do an amazing job and are so friendly. I also love that we were able to use the kayaks and paddle boat free of charge! We had a great time and it’s such an amazing place to stay! Having our own little private deck off of our lakeside room was amazing too! We will definitely be booking every year for our anniversary trip!"

"Beautiful,quiet,very spacious home..super close to all attractions,variety or food close by ...maybe a bit safer with the trees in back yard is all I can request but over all, BEAUTIFUL!!!I love the old skoo grill in yard,very cool nastolgic stair case down to water area ."
