Great place to stay! Plentiful food options at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Lots of pool options for all members of the family and plenty of space to sunbathe. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel is well located near the beach and centre of Pineda. It is clean and even in peak season there was room to spread out so it didn't feel cramped. The all inclusive lunch and dinner were good and varied. Breakfast and snack were a bit more simple but sufficient. There were lots of young children and we found it a bit less suitable for our teenager. Generally we enjoyed our stay here. The staff try their best to help and are friendly.

Staff is really helpfull! They were doing everything to improve our vacation! Annex building is perfect for families! But I think the hotel is too small for that amount of people. It was hard to find a place next to the pools (both) and always queues to the bar. The food had a wide variety, and we were fully satisfied with it! We have been there with our dog, but unfortunately they are not accepting dogs anymore (this year their policy changed)

Great few days staying here. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Food options are really good. We turned up at 14:30 and check in wasn't until 15:00. Normally you would be allowed in the room earlier but on this occasion we had to wait half hour, really frustrating when you have children excited to jump in the pool

Had a wonderful stay at FERGUS Pineda Splash! The front desk staff were super friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Self catering apartment. Apartment was in the annex building which is at the back of the main hotel. Difficult finding in the dark as annex has a different name to main hotel! Apartment clean, had everything we needed. Kettle, toaster, hob and utensils for basic meals but ate out most nights. Pool freezing but was end of October. Ok once you’re in!! Very enjoyable stay

Don’t read negative reviews what a great hotel

The staff were fantastic I was worried before my stay after reading reviews on trip advisor about a few things such as food but we loved the food lots of variety good food for kids and always fresh I am an experienced traveller and travelled around the world on cruise ships and this hotel it great for families ignore the negative reviews also all inclusive range is really good along with the pools for the kids

Family of 5. Stayed here for 1 night late June. Allocated an apartment around the corner from the hotel. Be mindful if you’re allocated an apartment it will be outside the hotel. Multiple issues but the main ones were air conditioning not working in the bedroom, patio door handle fallen off and broken, torn curtains, old food and remnants of ants from previous guests under the foldaway beds, lack of cleanliness in the living area, tiny terrace, frames on the walls cracked and 1 missing some glass, dirty walls. In short the apartment bore no resemblance AT ALL to what I had booked through hotels.com I tried to complain and get the issues resolved but no luck whatsoever other than a free, but appreciated lunch. Staff were nice though. Fellow guests were interesting characters. Conflicts by the pool with people trying to block sunloungers despite signs up everywhere saying it is not allowed. Thank god it was only for 1 night. Never again.

Great entertainment team for all ages lovely rooms AI very good food selection not always hot though no different to a lot of AI hotels the drink ticket system I thought was strange but worked really well queuing for drinks was pretty good very relaxed vibe around the hotel with plenty of sun beds available the only watch out was the 2euro coin lockers in luggage storage you can only open it once then expected to put another 2euros in to lock it again this wasn’t very clear on the lockers but all in all a lovely break away and I would recommend it as a place to stay

Excellent family pools including Splash slides. They handled a full hotel well. Everything worked. Some initial problem on check-in but after insisting the Manager did resolve the problem very nicely. The lunch is too expensive in my opinion. Main courses good. Fresh fruit good. Wine by the glass comes out of a hose...not great that...maybe peopIe don't care. Over-all well-managed and good value.

We stayed 6 nights in their apartment complex and they never came to clean it. When I asked they said you have to stay for more than a week to get cleaning of the room. A family of 4 has to stay in a dirty room for so many days! Thats a disgrace! Food was very average and most of it was canned vegetables. Quality of ingredients was low and one never felt satisfied. An average to poor experience all in all.
