This magnificent beachfront apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It has a living-dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful balcony with fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The interior is tastefully decorated to make your stay even more enjoyable. Its greatest attraction is its location, just 30 meters from the beach and very close to all amenities. The apartment has Wi-Fi.



Pineda de Mar is certified as a family tourism destination, ideal for an unforgettable vacation in a peaceful setting. Its wide, long beach offers a wide variety of cafes, terraces, and restaurants where you can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine. They have a large number of green spaces and children's playgrounds, making them a prime location for enjoying your family vacation. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs throughout the Maresme Coast, making travel easy if you don't want to use your car. There is also a tourist train that can take you on a fun trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.
