Mas Juli is a 400 m² house with a 2,000 m² garden, featuring a private swimming pool with waterfalls and an outdoor barbecue with a Josper oven. Located just 800 meters from the beach, it is ideal for families and groups of friends.
The house offers 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms: 5 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 quadruple room with bathroom, an additional indoor bathroom, and outdoor toilets in the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for 14 people. There is also an indoor dining room and a large outdoor table at the main entrance.
Guests can enjoy a comfortable living room with sofas, Wi-Fi throughout the house, digital TV, and a stereo with Bluetooth.
The property is conveniently located 55 km from Barcelona, 20 km from the Costa Brava, and 800 meters from the beach of Pineda de Mar. The train station is also just 800 meters away.
