Property is a great place to stay and come back to relax (and swim in the pool) after a hot day of golf competition. A/C worked great during the 100 degree days and we were very comfortable sleeping at night. We definitely will be back again!

Great spot in the heart of Pinehurst

My family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a perfect location close to the heart of golf in Pinehurst. No complaints about the house, it is beautifully remodeled and had more than enough space for us!

House was great. Just 4 guys playing a weekend of golf. We do cook/grille one night so a great kitchen and grill setup is important to us and this house delivered.

Perfect Spot In Pinehurst

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at this house several years in a row over Thanksgiving and it’s a wonderful spot close to everything with a great open floor plan and modern kitchen and bathrooms. We had a special treat this year in the morning. We would see two little foxes playing in the backyard along with about three or four deer walking through. It’s such a beautiful place very serene and quiet despite being close to shopping and golf of course we will stay again. Thank you.

Great house

House was brand new. Looked so good when we checked in that we made a point to take our shoes off when entering the house to keep it looking that way! A/C worked perfectly and the pool was awesome for relaxing after a day of tournament golf. The only minor criticism is to add just a couple of kitchen supplies: a thick cutting board, and a drainboard to store washed dishes so they dry properly. We look forward to returning next year!

Weekend Golf Trip with Friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us spent two nights at the location for a golf trip. The house was clean and very nice, and the pool was great given the high temperatures. A suggestion would be to add some barware (old fashioned glasses, etc.) to the wine glasses, but that is a very minor criticism.

Surprise Visit

Our Aunt and Uncle had a 60th wedding anniversary party and my husband and his two brothers along with spouses, travelled from Massachusetts as a surprise to attend. The house was perfect, there was so much room for all of us and having the pool was such a nice bonus! Their cousins were able to come over and spend time catching up and reconnecting over the weekend and everyone commented on how beautiful the house was and what a great location we were in! The next time we are in Pinehurst visiting the family, we will definitely be looking to see if this property is available!

Golf Week in Pinehurst

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out was super easy and Sand Hills Rentals was great to work with. The house is recently renovated, super clean and a great layout! The pool was a hit with the kids and the house backs up to woods so is super private. They also loved the ping pong table in the garage! It is close enough to walk to town but not super easy since there aren't side walks. Rooms are set up great and the beds are very comfortable. We loved grilling out on the deck and preparing meals in the nicely remodeled kitchen. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice but needs exterior upgrades and cleanliness was lacking

The location was nice and the upgraded kitchen and baths were nice however, who ever did the cleaning before we arrived was lacking House was very musty when we came in so cleaners could have opened window or sprayed. I opened windows to air place out and all the window sills were disgusting- filthy and full of dead bugs The bathrooms had dust behind the doors and the bath rugs were filthy. Bedroom #4 had a floor rug that didn’t look clean and the one corner was curled up (very old). I had to tape it down so no one tripped. The outside deck was full of leaves and debris so we swept and moved the umbrella holder when I moved it had large red bugs come out and ran all over - gross. The outside cushions were stained and dirty also. Everything else was ok but it is disappointing that we pay for cleaning ( which previous people did so we’d get a clean house) and it was grossly underwhelming Also there was only one towel per person - not sure if you feel that’s adequate

Great Area and a Great House!

We loved our stay here. The common areas were open and had plenty of room for us to hang out and spend time altogether. The house is in a quiet part of Pinehurst but close to all the amenities! Would stay here again if we're in the area.
