    Our newly constructed Pinehurst village home combines classic cottage architecture with countless modern amenities expected by today's discerning guests. This charming home is highlighted by a spacious yard and a private courtyard, complete with a gas grill and casual seating for outdoor dining and entertaining.

    Scituate House is located in the historic village of Pinehurst. It is steps away from golf, fine dining, pubs, shopping, galleries and wonderful resort amenities including the Pinehurst Spa. Miles of walking trails and multiple parks surround this village gem. This home offers you a true Pinehurst experience.

    We can not wait to welcome you to this captivating historic village that we call home.

This house is perfect. 12 guys golf trip...golf, walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars, 6 rooms, 12 beds, plenty of space inside and out, plenty of parking for 6 vehicles, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This was truly an ideal house for our group. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spring ProAm in Pinehurst!

Amazing Location and Home in the middle of the Village of Pinehurst. Perfection place to enjoy friends! We had amazing trip to Pinehurst with ProAm Events. Golf on #10, #4 & #2. This home has amazing outdoor spaces to wind down after your round or Prep for Dinner in the Village. Plenty to enjoy nearby @ Pinehurst Brewery, Duggan's Pub, Pinecrest Inn, Lisi Italian and more. Highly recommend this home to anyone for a stay in Pinehurst. We will definitley be back.

This house was very clean, tons of sleeping room for group of 7 golfers. Also had a spacious living room where we could all hang out and watch games on the TV. Very easy check-in. Location cannot be beat...walking distance to town, Pinehurst Brewing, etc. Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This well kept home is in the PERFECT location! Just a stone's throw from everywhere you want to walk! Restaurants, bars, spa...everything! Brandon is an appropriately communicative owner with good attention to detail. The house fit all 8 of us very comfortably and we were able to have a productive company sales meeting! Great Location

This property was great and the location was perfect. The house is within walking distance to everything. There is plenty of room and the bedroom bathroom layout is unique and works perfectly. We used it for a quick extended family get together with ages ranging from 16 - 80. I can also see how this home was designed and laid out for the perfect guys golf trip. Also has a great outdoor space. The only thing we would recommend would be a few more pots and pans because we cooked a lot. Also the girls needed more coat hangers. But these were small issues. Brandon was great to work with. He even helped us immediately retrieve an item we left behind.
