"We had a very relaxing stay and loved the gardens and surrounding area. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. Communication was very good leading up to the stay - a couple of minor delays with responses when at the property but overall good. We would definitely go back "

"Comment dire de mon séjour.......ben la chambre avait déjà été loué alors que j'avais réservé depuis 10 jours, donc j'ai rien a dire à part que merci après 600 kms je suis ravi de pas pouvoir me reposer. "A lovely break - the house was pretty much as described.The pool is great - the outside eating space is fantastic and there are 3 big fridges to keep everything cold. The living accommodation is great and it really is a lovely house. Tennis court is in good nick - but bring your own racquets and balls as the stuff there is not great.Thierry - who sorts out any issues was great and really responsive. A few small negatives - the oven is pretty useless and I see that previous reviews have mentioned this - a low cost solution that would make things easier for guests. Secondly - there are no restaurants within walking distance as in the description - but some good ones a short drive away. Finally - you have to pay to use the bikes in the photos - 20 euros a bike - just so you are aware these are not included. "
