Welcome to your idyllic getaway, a spacious 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom retreat that sleeps 25 guests in beds. Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, this stunning home boasts breathtaking views and coastal-inspired decor, making it the ideal venue for family reunions, weddings, or group retreats. In the upstairs spacious master suite there is Luxurious tub situated under a skylight- ideal for star gazing and ultimate relaxation after a day of adventure.

Outside, unwind in the jacuzzi while soaking in the serene mountain views, or take advantage of the expansive outdoor space—perfect for hosting celebrations or enjoying a peaceful evening under the stars.

THIS RESIDENCE STRICTLY PROHIBITS PETS. This residence maintains a strict No Pets Policy. Pets are not permitted on the property at any time violation of this policy will result in financial penalties.

Minimum Violation Fee: $500
Maximum Fee: Up to the full amount of the security deposit

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $5000 which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $85 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $15 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Late checkout - $40 per hour
Firewood bundle - $35 per bundle (permitting no fire restrictions)

Please note: this is a pet-free home to ensure the comfort of all guests, and we’re unable to make exceptions. Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. However, we’re just a message away if you need assistance! To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required.
