Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles. They can make use of the fabric softener , unless otherwise our linen stayed a while before use. Smelt like mould like being stored in a damp area. Security Staff good they brought us 2nd mug

Cleaners must be serious

We arrive at half 4 pm check in was suppose to be 3 pm we have to wait for a room until 6pm añd the room was not clean under the beds was dirty the toilet water was dripping water on the floor and the kitchen water always dripping water you still need to go and ask for the tv remote and password for wifi microwave doesn't have inside glass or plate and its rusted

I booked there for a night. The room was clean, air-conditioned with bar fridge and microwave. Dstv(Satellite TV) with clear pictures. Although we had load shedding in the morning the water in the shower was still hot.
