Shenanigans is a place where you can play games, eat, and socialize. Also, Pine Mountain State Resort is just minutes away which includes miles of hiking trails. On your way to the State Park you will find a world-class golf course Wasito Winds. The famous Pine Mountain State Resort Amphitheatre concert venue is located within 2-3 minutes as well as the Bell Theatre concert and event venue. The House on Park Avenue is comfortable, safe, modern, and functional. The fenced in yard allows for a great yard to play in and front porch dining. Our area is in the middle of a regrowth. The people are amazing and friendly. Nature and beauty surround The House on Park Ave.

GPS takes you to the wrong house

Inside of the house was very nice and very clean. There were no pictures of the outside of the house to help identify it and with the proper address in MAPS it takes you to 202 East instead of 202 West.
