"NO! The pool wasn't clean at all. Laundry too high & I was charged for an day, that I didn't even stay & hotel didn't adjust the charges. Stayed one night Instead of two & still was charged."

"The house was beautiful and spacious. Some updates are needed, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfect for a quiet getaway. It was easy to communicate with the hosts through Vrbo or by phone. They always responded within a reasonable amount of time. "

"Let me start off by saying that we always give people the benefit of the doubt when writing a review. I believe we need to write this review because unfortunately, we were left extremely disappointed. I chose this house over another house (closer to our destination) because of the 10/10 reviews. One hour before check-in I had to reach out to the host to ask how we should get into the house because I had not received any communication prior. She replied quickly so there were no problems getting in. My son had to use the bathroom as soon as we got there. When we flushed the toilet, it wreaked of sewage. I figured the smell would go away and it was a one time occurrence. My husband arrived an hour after us and said the whole house smelled like sewage. It seemed as if every time we flushed the toilet or used the sink in that bathroom, it made everything smell like that. My daughter’s wanted to sleep in the room with the trundle bed. As I pulled the trundle bed out, it was filled with crumbs and what appeared to be mouse droppings. At the end of the first night, we realized there was no extra toilet paper anywhere in the house. We ran out the next day to grab some ourselves. When we went to shower, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. Unfortunately, it appeared the host was not prepared for our stay whatsoever. On a positive note, the house is decorated adorable and the property is amazing. The host left us a little basket of goodies and a hand written note"

"The host was available and welcoming. The house was very welcoming and well stocked with extra linens, towels, and paper goods. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles. "
